
Employee Relations Specialist

- administer and consult on accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
- oversee workers’ compensation and unemployment services
- conduct thorough workplace investigations involving sexual harassment, harassment, discrimination, workplace violence, and mutual respect violations
- develop and deliver training for managers on employee relations topics such as performance management, staff retention and conflict resolution, to strengthen managements effectiveness
- Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm

- Must be highly organized, independent, and efficient
- Demonstrated proficiency with word-processing, databases and Excel required. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2-4 years of Human Resources experience
- Must have working knowledge of federal and state laws governing employment practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with ability to initiate, plan, and manage complex projects
- Must be highly organized, independent, and efficient
