- Bachelors Degree
- Four years work experience supporting SCM technology or business area
- Bachelors Degree required. Information Systems field, Business or Related Area Preferred. 6 years of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Minimum four years work experience supporting SCM technology or business area required.
- Two years development/system configuration experience.
- Minimum two years of hands-on Workday SCM configuration experience, including Procurement, Supplier Invoice (accounts payable), Expense Reimbursement & Inventory modules or successful core team member participation and completion of a Workday deployment.
- Workday Certified/Pro Certification for SCM required within three months of employment
- Experience gathering and documenting Workday business requirements and providing consulting support.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite required with advanced proficiency in Excel. Experience with MS Access helpful.
- Requires analytical problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills and good organizational skills.
- Strong discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
- Previous experience with Infor/Lawson and iCIMS preferred.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain database/reporting systems required. Understanding of Relational Database Management System including concepts and data relationships
- Provide consulting support to SCM stakeholders on Workday functionality and optimization.
- Be a critical partner to the SCM stakeholders in effectively designing business processes that are using best practice functionality and pushing teams to streamline their processes into Workday designed solutions where possible.
- Advise on possibilities, risks, challenges & limitations of business process design to ensure customers are able to clearly envision the outcome of their solution during the design phase.
- Evaluate and transform data from source systems to include such actions as extractions, parsing, joining, standardizing, augmenting, cleansing, consolidating and filtering to create desired outputs that can be leveraged downstream.
- Develop and deploy custom reports and dashboards for ongoing business need.
- Support partnership with PHS Analytics organization and report writing individuals by participating in defining and validating business requirements, identifying and translating data dictionaries, and approving/granting access to raw data required to implement solutions.
- Support Supply Chain by staying abreast of system updates and enhancements. Provides implementation support for Workday releases with varying complexity. Proactively evaluates and recommends adoption of changes as they meet organizational needs.
- Designs and implements system security roles and solutions which support information security and privacy.
- Recommend, counsel and instruct Supply Chain functional areas on process improvement and implement systems capabilities. Monitor organization system and information needs and make recommendation on process or system changes when appropriate.
- Leverages development tools to design and configure the Supply Chain applications that affect the user experience and enhance the functionality of the existing application. This includes, but is not limited to menus, pages, lists, reports, embedded analytics cubes, various user interface objects and actions associated with the Supply Chain application.
- Configure and support Workday SCM modules including Procurement, Supplier Invoice (accounts payable), Expense Reimbursement & Inventory modules
- Integral part of incident management; processes service tickets, analyzes issues and adjusts user profiles, security, and business processes. Supports user inquiries
- Gather and document Workday business requirements and translate them into
- Contribute to the development of Functional Design Documents, Business Requirement Documents, Interface Designs, test scenarios/plans, Graphical User Interface (GUI) and
- Prioritizes and delivers on multiple in-flight projects at the same time across multiple areas of supply chain.
- Investigate and perform root cause analysis on repeat system errors and system failures/outages. Make recommendations for corrective action.
- Understand policies, procedures and practices for analysis of business performance and impact.
- Works with IT and Business SMEs on the selection, implementation and testing of any new Supply Chain software/systems
