- Lead customer engagement efforts as the technical expert and trusted advisor for our customers with a focus on technical solutions.
- Understand customer processes and recommend tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and support.
- Present proposals, demos, and technical insights to key stakeholders.
- Identify new opportunities and contribute to strategic sales initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Metallurgy, etc.) or related technical field, equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in manufacturing or process engineering.
- 2+ years in technical sales or customer-facing engineering roles.
- Strong knowledge of metals industry processes (casting, forging, machining, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- CRM and sales analytics experience.
- Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma knowledge.
- Proven success in solution-based selling.
