  • Install and troubleshoot commercial HVAC systems with a focus on quality and timeliness
  • Maintain a professional appearance and keep work vehicles clean and organized
  • Communicate clearly and positively with clients, coworkers, and vendors
  • Complete daily reports and keep the project team informed — no surprises
  • Deliver high-quality work that results in zero call-backs
  • Build strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Use technology to enhance performance and communication
Qualifications:
  • 2-Year HVAC Technical Degree with 1–2 years of experience, or
  • HVAC Certificate with 3–4 years of experience, or
  • Equivalent hands-on experience
  • Experience with installing and servicing:
  • Packaged/Split DX units (air & water cooled)
  • Chillers, Pumps, Towers, Boilers
  • Control Systems, VAV Boxes
  • Proficiency in ductwork, piping, and electrical systems
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented with a professional attitude
  • Must be able to pass fit-for-duty evaluations
