- Providing regular reports and analysis on pricing effectiveness, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- This is a core financial analyst role where the successful candidate's primary responsibility will include ensuring the accuracy of Hubspot/Dealhub-based financial reporting and understanding all aspects of the business process and HubSpot/Dealhub that impact those reports. You will audit internal Hubspot/Dealhub reports and data warehouse BI reports created by business leadership. The successful candidate will also create reports to support the financial audit findings using HubSpot/Dealhub reporting and have SQL skills to write BI reports as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or a related field, preferably in a product-driven environment.
- Expert level skill with at least HubSpot, Dealhub CPQ, and/or Salesforce CPQ (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3+ years experience with CPQ Systems, CPQ Certified, Architectural, Developer, or Administration.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and other analytical software tools, with the ability to develop complex formulas, algorithms, and models.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with high attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of market research techniques and financial analysis.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage projects independently.
- Ability to excel in a fast-growing/fast-paced environment, delivering accuracy while managing deadlines where adaptability is imperative.
- Strong knowledge of Product Configuration & Rules, Commerce Process, Document Designer, and Pricing functionality.
- This position requires advanced mathematical modeling, business strategy, and market dynamics expertise to maintain a competitive and profitable pricing structure.
