- Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with day-to-day project coordination
- Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and compliance
- Prepare RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
- Track project schedules, budgets, and procurement timelines
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Support quality control, safety compliance, and field operations
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Internship or 1–3 years of experience in commercial construction preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with construction documentation and project management software
