Travel LPN Job Details
- Location: Clovis, NM 88101 (New Mexico healthcare jobs)
- Facility Setting: Long-Term Care / Rehabilitation
- Employment Type: Travel LPN Nursing Assignment
- Assignment Duration: 16 weeks (Start: 09/08/2025 End: 12/25/2025)
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12-Hour Night Shifts (18:00 06:30)
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1120 - $1200
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Mexico or compact state
- At least 1 year of recent LPN experience, preferably in long-term care (LTC) or rehabilitation nursing
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new healthcare environments and work independently
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal resident outcomes
- Assist residents with daily living activities and maintain a safe, supportive environment
- Participate in care planning, assessments, and communicate with residents' families
