The Reporting Finance Analyst will be a key member of IDEXX’s Global Business Support (GBS) team. In this role the Reporting Analyst is responsible for detailed financial data analysis and report creation. This position will focus on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting information to identify issues. This role requires previous experience with reporting tools.Key Responsibilities:
Data collection, organization, and analysis
Financial reporting
Report creation and analysis for patterns that indicate issues that need to be addressed
Investigate root causes and work with GBS team to address
Communicate effectively with business in a timely manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different geographic regions
What You Need To Succeed:
Skills in data analysis and interpretation
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel
Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude
Strong communication and organizational skills to present data driven insights
Knowledge of tools like Tableau and Snowflake is a must
Ability to generate accurate and insightful reports for decision-making
Ability to track and analyze KPIs that have been identified as relevant for the organization
Strong skills in data visualization
Ability to design and maintain project and reporting dashboards
Storytelling skills on the data reported
Financial acumen
Ability to work with cross-functional teams across different geographic regions
Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and learn and adapt to change
