Complete three rotations in: First two rotations include one in Supply Chain (12 months) and one in Procurement (12 months). The third rotation will be a differentiated role in either Supply Chain or Procurement based on your career interests and development goals. Your rotational assignments will be in areas such as: Completion of Bachelor's degree by May 2026 with a minimum 2.8 cumulative GPA Majoring in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transportation, Integrated Supply Management or Applied Engineering Sciences Must have indefinite US work authorization. Applicants who require visa sponsorship or work authorization now or in the future are not eligible for this program. Must have access to reliable transportation and be geographically mobile Strong analytical skills, detail orientation and statistical applications knowledge Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with business partners Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills Demonstrated personal accountability for results and high level of initiative Ability to inspire teams and achieve extraordinary results through thought leadership and a collaborative approach.
