Fabrication Machine Operator

• Setup, operate, and monitor equipment & processes to the necessary production specifications and ensure quality requirements are achieved. Perform machine & process adjustments to ensure stable & efficient running conditions
• Read and understand production schedules and work orders. Update production control system as work orders are completed. Communicate with other areas on changes to scheduling and processing.
• Report machine malfunctions and assist maintenance with routine and non-routine repairs (TPM)

• 1 – 3 years’ experience working in an industrial Metal Forming manufacturing environment - Preferred.
• Experience using a Human-Machine Interface (HMI) to run equipment and control processes - Preferred.
• Intermediate level math (ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide to the thousandth of an inch 0.001”); mechanical aptitude; and basic computer entry & retrieval skills in shop floor (ERP) system.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow processes and procedures. Plan and prioritize workload.
• Communicate with management and co-workers in an effective manner.
• A resourceful problem-solver who works well independently and collaboratively within a Team.
