Make an Impact.About the RoleWe’re hiring a proactive, detail-driven, and dependable Marketing Project Manager to help clients succeed by managing the execution of strategic marketing initiatives across web, paid media, content, and onboarding.You’ll be the go-to project lead for one-time builds (like websites), onboarding new monthly marketing clients, and tracking performance of recurring retainers. From driving timelines to ensuring deliverables are polished and client-ready, you’ll be the linchpin between internal teams and client success.You’ll act as the project voice of clarity—ensuring expectations, timelines, and results stay aligned. This role requires strong ownership, organization, and communication skills—and a passion for delighting clients.Client Management & StrategyServe as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients, maintaining friendly, professional, and timely communicationLead strategy sessions with clients and internal teams to align on priorities, messaging, and deliverablesIdentify challenges proactively and present solutions independently and collaborativelyThink on your feet to provide timely, strategic recommendations via email and ZoomProject Execution & Process OwnershipPlan, manage, and execute project timelines across web builds, onboarding, and recurring marketing servicesEnsure all tasks are properly scoped, scheduled, assigned, and executedDrive forward momentum, keeping all contributors accountable and projects on trackEnsure all projects are launched with polish, quality, and timely communicationUse project management tools to keep internal workflows and client status visible and organizedDebrief project learnings and identify repeatable improvements and best practicesCross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with paid media managers, designers, copywriters, and leadership to deliver high-quality workEvaluate work for quality and consistency with strategic goalsReview paid media work and provide feedback to ad managersTranslate client feedback and goals into actionable next steps for internal teamsYou’ll Thrive in This Role If You:Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and unafraid of fast-paced workAre a confident communicator who builds trust with clients and internal teamsHave a strong marketing background (especially in strategy and paid media)Think strategically and act decisively—especially when timelines are tightLove turning process into results and chaos into calmRequired ExperienceExperience with marketing project management, including campaign or website executionFamiliarity with Facebook Ads and/or Google AdsBonus: Exposure to CRMs, website platforms, and marketing automationWhat Success Looks LikeHappy, well-served clients who renew and referOn-time, on-budget project deliveryStrong communication and internal collaborationStrategic support that drives results—not just task completionDetails & Perks
