
Quality & Training Support Specialist

- Support compliance training programs and serve as a backup facilitator for compliance training sessions across the organization
- Facilitate core training courses including, but not limited to:
- Mental Health First Aid
- Non-Clinical Boundaries
- Soft Skills Development
- Be an active contributor to the coordination and facilitation of new hire orientation, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.
- Support onboarding training for administrative and operational support staff.
- Collaborate with managers to align onboarding content with role-specific needs.
- Provide staff training and technical support for LMS use.
- Manage LMS content, user access, assignments, and reporting as it relates to key job functions.
- Monitor training completion, generate compliance reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance.
- Schedule and coordinate in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Prepare materials and provide onsite support for training events.
- Assist in the development of e-learning modules and digital resources.
- Collect and analyze feedback to improve training effectiveness.
- Participate in departmental planning and special projects
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and external partners to enhance training offerings.

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Behavioral Health, or related field required.
- 2 years of experience in training, compliance, or administrative support, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems.
- Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Background in training delivery for large organizations with multiple shifts.
- Familiarity with behavioral health regulations and compliance standards.
- Adaptability to evolving operational needs.
