Join Riverside Community Care as a Clinical Program Manager within our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) in Milford!This is a dynamic leadership role at the forefront of Massachusetts’ CBHC initiative, providing rapid access and comprehensive behavioral health services for adults, youth, and families. You’ll guide a skilled team of clinicians supporting individuals with complex mental health and substance use needs—helping transform how care is delivered in the community.What You’ll DoAs the manager for the Co-Occurring CBHC Component team, you will:
Lead a multidisciplinary team providing integrated co-occurring treatment
Supervise and coach licensed and license-eligible clinical staff
Ensure high-quality care, timely access, and documentation compliance
Collaborate across internal programs and community partners
Foster a trauma-informed, person-centered, and equitable team culture
What You’ll Bring
Independent clinical license (LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent)
At least 2 years of supervisory or clinical leadership experience
Experience working with individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills
Commitment to trauma-informed care, harm reduction, equity, and continuous improvement
