Assistant, Events and Fan Engagement (Seasonal)

- Assist in the planning and execution of game day and special events for Giants Season Ticket Members, fans, and corporate partners
- Prepare for and assist stadium game presentation, which includes the coordination of live talent, guests, on-field presentation, staging, sponsor activations, game production and fan integration
- Develop a logistical plan prior to each event including credentials, talent travel, in-venue branding, planning menus, preparing invitations, maintaining registrations, and helping with various tasks associated with the event
- Administration of the Jr. Giants Kids Club including scheduling and coordinating events, all promotional materials, database management, and fulfillment
- Assist with management of gameday staff, including scheduling, communication, etc.
- Support event operations including vendor load-in, signage, giveaways, catering, partner activation, registration and hospitality
- Work closely with game-day and full-time staff members to ensure quality production and operations are met
- Support various departments in the organization and contribute to the overall guest experience
- 2 – 3 years prior experience in sports or live entertainment is required
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to efficiently work on multiple projects at once
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), preferred candidates will have some proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professionalism, and customer service
- Team player attitude and willing to jump in wherever necessary
- Candidates must be able to work possible extended hours, including some nights and weekends
