- Liaise between the in-house Creative Studio and our internal clients (Brand Marketing, eCommerce, Sales), and serve as the main point of contact for Brand such as eRetail, social content, packaging, and retail creative requests.
- Ensure creative briefs adhere to brief standards and include all necessary information/assets for creative work to begin.
- Act as producer for photo and video shoot projects, establishing timelines, providing project updates/progress reports, gathering assets, distilling feedback, handing off final assets, etc.
- Serve as a creative expert/consultant to the Brand teams. Ask the right questions and lead insightful real-time dialogue with internal clients and Creative Studio, both internal and external, to produce the most impactful digital content possible.
- Map out full-scale project plans, project timelines, scope of work and associated communication documents. Monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Nurture relationships with internal clients, Creative Studio and external agencies.
- Oversee implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Adobe Workfront creative project management tool and Adobe Fusion. Develop best practices and continually enhance tools for project execution and management.
- Onboard new teammates and stakeholders to Adobe Workfront and creative ways of working.
- Analyze, recommend, and drive process and program improvements across functional teams.
- Manage various creative production stages including resource allocation and identifying/securing external creative resources as needed. Support team with any outsourced creative production, which may include setting schedules and project timelines, managing contracts, negotiating usage rights, etc. with third parties.
- Communicate risks and opportunities to stake holders. Develop action plans to resolve open project issues. Manage project escalations and drive project issue resolution to ensure timely and successful project launches.
- Handles the contracts and financial management for external agencies/vendors and partners.
- At least 7 years of experience in account and/or project management, ideally with a mix of agency and in-house experience.
- At least 1 year of experience using Adobe Workfront Project Management software is required.
- Skilled with organization, multi-tasking and communication (both written and verbal).
- Experience overseeing creative execution for the eRetail and retail shelves.
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to partner with multiple departments and teams, including Brand, Sales, R&D, Merchandising and eCommerce.
- Must possess sense of urgency, entrepreneurial working style and a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, time management and problem-solving skills.
