
Senior Client Success Partner, OTT

- Own the client relationship and act as first point of contact for client related matters and their long term success.
- Proactively lead every aspect of the relationship, incl. performance stability and growth, development process, business reviews and regular check-ins, ongoing support and renewal
- Demonstrate product knowledge that allows you to help our clients by using the platform most effective
- Maintain a deep understanding of client relevant KPIs and how to achieve them, sharing recommendations and insights
- Develop and implement new innovative marketing operations with and for our clients to show growth on the platform
- Work closely with the product team by providing them with customer feedback and feature requests
- Drive and support new business opportunities in US, including OTT pitches, RFP and presentations
- 3+ years of experience working in a customer relationship/success or account management role
- Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships within companies driving joint success for clients
- Strong customer-centric growth mindset
- Technology savvy & high interest in the digital world and sports
- Highly independent and self-driven personality
- English / US native, additional European language skills are of advantage
- Work with blue chip clients in the sports industry (e.g. Sinclair, Fanduel, BIG10)
