Job Description:Reporting to the Manager of Print and Fulfillment, the Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the print and fulfillment of promotional marketing materials for one or more Alkermes products by working closely with internal and external vendors and partners.Alkermes has recently adopted a hybrid working environment to support and meet the needs of employees and this role will operate in a flexible environment with 60% of time in the office and 40% from home.Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor collateral inventory levels and manage replenishment ordering
  • Produce and monitor inventory, usage, waste, and various other analytical reports
  • Point of contact for fulfillment portal, technical support for both home office and all of field sales
  • Enter item setup data into the fulfillment portal and maintain items as needed with focus on adherence to compliance for all item setups
  • Coordinate direct mailings
  • Provide training on fulfillment process to internal and external resources, including presentations on the fulfilment process to new field hires
  • Lead projects related to fulfillment as needed
  • Maintain electronic and physical records and files as needed
  • Manage costs for fulfillment and track budget spend
  • Gather necessary paperwork and process through internal approval systems for submissions to open fulfillment Purchase Orders
  • Work with marketing teams and their agencies to obtain new print material specs, answer questions on print jobs status, work with print vendors on print orders, track delivery of print materials to fulfillment warehouse
Qualifications:Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ year's of professional experience required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Marketing operations or fulfillment experience a plus
  • Experience in a regulated industry a plus (Pharmaceuticals, Finance, Medical Device, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy
  • Excellent customer service - both internal and external
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience and proficiency in managing multiple projects with various internal stakeholders
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Ability to work with individuals in different functional areas
  • Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task
Applicable Prior Experience:Experience in the following areas desirable, but not required.
  • Traffic experience in ad agency
