
Technical Program Manager

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Define and document workflows, processes, and system functionality to support marketing operations
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation including technical writing, process/system mapping, and training materials
- Collaborate with Technical Product Managers to develop and implement training plans
- Ensure MarTech systems are aligned with marketing strategies and drive operational improvements
- Incorporate feedback from Technical Product Managers, Business Segment Directors, and Development Teams to continuously enhance project outcomes
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, business systems analysis, design, and development-preferably within financial services or a related industry
- Strong documentation skills, including technical writing and process/system mapping
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and take direction from multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with MarTech platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Understanding of marketing operations and campaign execution workflows
