Kforce has a client in Salt Lake City, UT that is seeking a highly organized and collaborative Technical Project Manager to join their MarTech team. This role is pivotal in bridging business needs with technical execution, ensuring that marketing systems and workflows are optimized to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Define and document workflows, processes, and system functionality to support marketing operations
  • Create and maintain high-quality documentation including technical writing, process/system mapping, and training materials
  • Collaborate with Technical Product Managers to develop and implement training plans
  • Ensure MarTech systems are aligned with marketing strategies and drive operational improvements
  • Incorporate feedback from Technical Product Managers, Business Segment Directors, and Development Teams to continuously enhance project outcomes
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, business systems analysis, design, and development-preferably within financial services or a related industry
  • Strong documentation skills, including technical writing and process/system mapping
  • Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and take direction from multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with MarTech platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Understanding of marketing operations and campaign execution workflows
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
