- Complete any electrical residential service calls.
- Establish customer rapport to instill confidence in team and sell the right products and services.
- Ask proper lifestyle questions to troubleshoot heating and cooling system malfunctions.
- Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
- Ability to exceed minimum KPI goal.
- Successfully complete follow up calls.
- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
- Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
- Hold Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician License
- Competent in the use of all tools and resources related to basic service calls.
- Knowledge of Electrical codes and proper safety standards.
- Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
- Ability to take timely action to solve problems using established policies and procedures.
- Ability to read and understand policy manuals, safety, rules, and procedures.
- Engaged in further technical development (i.e. Different disciplines and cross-training).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to take direction and/or technical instruction.
