- The Enterprise Service Desk: Provides technical support and escalation for many IPG operating companies and sites.
- Hosting: Four enterprise data centers and the Managed Hosting Services team supply and maintain the core hosting equipment that supports IPG's business.
- Global Messaging Services: Provides a global messaging platform consisting of user-friendly e-mail services, active directory, and mobile communication devices.
- Global Network Services: Centrally supports and manages the global data and voice services for the organization.
- Application Support: Provides support for a variety of business applications
- Project Management: Oversees system transformation and integration
- Field Service Operations: On-site IT assistance related to hardware and account administration

- Freshman, Sophomore or Junior Standing
- GPA of 3.0 or above
- At least 18 years of age
- Computer Science, BIA, MIS, FinTech or some other technical major
- Must successfully complete IPG Background Investigation and Reference Checks
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. for other than practical training
