Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level service to clients through policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims follow-up.
  • Utilize State Farm tools to complete transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Conduct regular policy reviews and coverage check-ins.
  • Identify and recommend additional insurance products to existing customers.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships that foster loyalty and long-term retention.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Current Property & Casualty License (Life & Health is a plus).
  • Previous experience within a State Farm agency (minimum 1 year preferred).
  • Proficiency in State Farm platforms
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify client needs and match them with appropriate solutions.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client interactions daily.
