We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager or Tax Leader to join a firm recognized for its technical excellence, integrity, and commitment to client service.This opportunity is ideal for a driven tax professional who is ready to step into a leadership role, contribute to strategic initiatives, and help mentor the next generation of accounting talent.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a diverse portfolio of tax engagements for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and nonprofit organizationsProvide high-level tax planning and consulting to clients, ensuring compliance and minimizing tax liabilitiesSupervise, train, and develop tax staff and senior associatesConduct technical research and communicate findings to clients and team membersCollaborate with partners and other leaders to support firm growth and maintain client relationshipsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s in Taxation preferredActive CPA license (required)Minimum of 5 years of recent public accounting experience in taxProven leadership experience in a client-facing roleStrong knowledge of tax code, tax compliance, and tax planning strategiesExcellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsWhat Yo
