- Healthcare Setting: Long-Term Care (LTC)
- Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM 7:30 AM)
- Schedule: 2-week rotating schedule:
Week 2: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday * Guaranteed Hours: 38 hours per week
- Assignment Duration: 12 weeks (August 17, 2025 November 8, 2025)
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1,090 - $1,170
- Pay Rate: Based on experience and assignment details
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire or compact state
- At least 1 year of experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or related healthcare setting
- Ability to work night shifts and a rotating schedule
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Current BLS certification
- Deliver compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitor resident health status and promptly report changes to the nursing team
- Assist residents with daily living activities and promote comfort
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with facility policies and procedures
