
Lead Systems Administrator - TS/SCI Required

- Ensure stable operation of software systems, network connections, and communication links across on-premise, virtual, and cloud environments.
- Lead the planning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise-level applications and systems.
- Conduct troubleshooting and problem resolution for end-user software and connectivity issues.
- Analyze system capacity and performance, providing recommendations for improvements and upgrades.
- Create and implement automation tools and scripts to improve administrative efficiency.
- Develop and deliver system administrator procedures and conduct training and skills assessments for team members.
- Provide local and remote support, including general maintenance, software upgrades, and new application installs.
- Supervise and mentor a team of system administrators to ensure optimized performance and user support.
- Apply advanced knowledge of application networking, load balancing, and fault tolerance strategies.
- Perform vulnerability management and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in Information Processing, with a focus on hardware/software solutions.
- Minimum 4 years of which are concentrated, hand-on experience in installing, configuring, maintaining, and resolving issues with various software.
- Must have an active TS/SCI (required).
- Proven experience managing design and operations teams supporting enterprise Oracle Fusion Middleware platforms with 300,000+ users in production environments.
- Maintain focus and awareness throughout scheduled working hours.
- Perform tasks requiring prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk, utilizing a computer, mouse, and keyboard.
- Lift and move objects weighing up to 15 pounds as needed.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
- Quickly learn and retain routine tasks and processes.
- Possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, business correspondence proficiency, and self-management capabilities.
