- Conduct detailed analysis of clients’ business goals, objectives, and needs.
- Create professional client-facing documents, including Project Scope, Business Requirements, Gap Analysis, Test Plans, Test Scripts, and Training Materials.
- Facilitate client meetings related to ECM Project Lifecycle activities.
- Develop and deliver workflow processing and product-specific training for clients.
- Configure Nautilus ECM based on client requirements and operating environment.
- Guide and make recommendations to improve and support Nautilus processing for clients.
- Identify sales opportunities for professional services or add-on modules.
- Partner with Project Managers to ensure project milestones and tasks are met on time.
- Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and successful project go-lives.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent military experience.
- 4+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry in a business operations area.
- 4+ years of experience in banking or financial operations.
- 4+ years of experience in Professional Services Business Consulting.
- Proven experience in conducting complex analyses of business goals and requirements and configuring solutions effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work with clients to analyze and improve business processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools: Outlook, Word, Excel, SQL, PowerPoint, Visio, OneNote, Project, SharePoint.
- Prior experience with OnBase or Nautilus.
- Knowledge and experience using Fiserv software solutions.
- Familiarity with budgeting, profitability, or forecasting processes within a financial institution.
- Demonstrated expertise in preparing training materials and facilitating training sessions.
- Ability to travel up to 25% during peak times.
