You will be working directly with a doctor helping with their appointments and anesthesia procedures.Looking to work with excited, energized people who bring their authentic, funky selves towork each day and encourage you to do the same?   • Advanced customer service experience and excellent communication skills
  • You must enjoy people, not just pets
  • Possess a good attitude and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Strong written and verbal language skills
  • Advanced animal care, restraints, client/customer interaction experience is a BONUS!
Responsibilities
  • Assist in restraining pets in a manner that allows necessary procedures to be done with minimal stress to patients, and ensure safety of patients and people
  • Take accurate notes and medical history of patients for doctors
  • Anticipate the needs of the doctor for routine exam/surgery visits; follow doctors request to fill or refill medications-obtain a medical clerk license
  • Take and record vitals as requested by doctor; draw up vaccines, apply flea/tick medication/prevention, etc.
