About the Role:We are looking for a part-time Payroll and Finance Administrator to join our team at Bath Flip. This position will play a key role in managing payroll and financial tasks, and will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company in the home renovation industry.Responsibilities:
Maintain extreme confidentiality with all information
Process payroll and commissions for employees on a weekly basis
Manage accounts receivable and finance approval process
Assist with financial reporting and analysis
Ensure compliance with all tax and labor regulations
Assist finance department as needed
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in payroll and finance
Proficiency in Quickbooks online and Microsoft Suite
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
