About the Role:We are looking for a part-time Payroll and Finance Administrator to join our team at Bath Flip. This position will play a key role in managing payroll and financial tasks, and will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company in the home renovation industry.Responsibilities:
  • Maintain extreme confidentiality with all information
  • Process payroll and commissions for employees on a weekly basis
  • Manage accounts receivable and finance approval process
  • Assist with financial reporting and analysis
  • Ensure compliance with all tax and labor regulations
  • Assist finance department as needed
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in payroll and finance
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks online and Microsoft Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
