Position HighlightsThe Program Coordinator Senior position is responsible for providing coordination and administrative support for AzAHEC programmatic activities and collaborations with state-wide partners. Duties & Responsibilities
- Program Coordination involving collaboration with external units (i.e., Rural Health Professions Programs at three ABOR universities, AHEC Regional Centers, and other program partners) to resolve complex problems.
- Monitor and manage SalesForce assigned database entries, access and training schedules.
- Coordinate and review for further action quarterly, semi-annual and annual narrative, data and other reports from program partners.
- Coordinate housing requests for AHEC-leased housing unit.
- Collaborate on special projects.
- Assist with development and revision of goals and objectives.
- Provide administrative strategic support to include coordination of meetings, recording of minutes, and follow up action.
- Develop process, policies and procedures to support programmatic objectives of unit
- Assess to determine best approach and achieve maximum results.
- Coordinate program event logistics including development of registration mechanisms, workshops/seminars, poster showcase, and technology needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in making decisions that impact operations and outcomes.
- Manage website development and content.
- Use innovation and creativity to independently identify enhancements appropriate for website, problem solve and use judgment to determine best approach to support unit.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple changing priorities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with different groups/individuals through writing and verbally (e.g., email, video meetings, in-person meetings, etc.).
- Knowledge of job functions and broad functions of project and event management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through professional level experience required.
- Three (3) years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Experience using University of Arizona systems.
- Experience using SalesForce or other web-based customer relationship management platform.
- Experience with Excel and ability to utilize data to create reports and analyze results.
