Key Responsibilities:Sales and Consultation: Utilize expert knowledge to assess the need for sewer. Present options to customers and help them to make educated and informed decisions to provide permanent solutions.Blockage Removal: Technicians who are able to clear the drain build the most trust with the customer and have the greatest opportunity for sales and earn high commission. Be able to address and resolve main drain blockages, ensuring smooth operation and customer satisfaction.Education on sewer replacements: particularly in cases involving root intrusion or structural collapse.Technical Proficiency: Skillfully operate diagnostic tools, including drain cameras, to evaluate sewer line conditions and formulate accurate solutions. On the job training provided.Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to explain technical issues, propose optimal solutions, and close sales on necessary sewer upgrades or replacements.RequirementsStrong sales and willingness to talk with customers as well as the ability to identify customer needs and translate them into sales opportunities.Experience in plumbing, drain service, or a similar technical role.Drivers LicenseMust pass background checkBenefitsBase pay plus commission opportunities! 401K, health insurance, Vision, Dental, Life insurance, Holiday pay and PTO.
