Please apply below if you are interested and meet the qualifications below!Responsibilities:Maximize customer satisfaction and contribution margins by consistently and accurately processing of orders, requests for price and delivery information, returns, order status, order expedites and product literature; as well as the ability to orchestrate internal resources to meet customer needs.Job Description:· Process in bound customer calls from customers regarding order status, pricing, product availability and delivery schedules.· Develop knowledge of assigned customer's specifically basic understanding of the buying process for OEM and MRO customer base.· Demonstrate basic understanding of customer procedures and tools and be able to process orders, quotes, returns, navigate the pricing system, interpret pricing structure, and utilize internal support systems.· Resource Management - demonstrate the required ability to orchestrate resources to meet customer needs which include technical support, warehousing, finance, service and fabrication centers and purchasing.Job Requirements:· Education: a minimum 2-year degree in fluid power or formal training in industrial technology or related field.· Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.· Proficient with software programs relating to the customer service position including Trend, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, E-mail and vendor pricing programs.Perks and Benefits:· Health Insurance offered after 90 days of benefits· PTO & Holiday Pay· Competitive Insurance % Coverage by Employer· 401k MatchJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:
