The Data Analyst utilizes their knowledge of human capital, finance, accounting and business strategies to provide insights to TriNet's management team through various analysis functions. The position is responsible for preparing sales and marketing reports and analyses for the Data & Analytics organization and serves to assist with company needs. The position provides regular support to other Business Transformation, People Team, and Finance-related functions, such as the month-end close process.Locations

  • Provide People Analytics insights to the broader organization, with a focus on the Sales organization.
  • Provide insights, analysis & recommendations on top of revenue pipeline, and impact on Cost to Acquire customers. Analyze results by Lead Source and recommend actions.
  • Develop business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvement. Identify and address areas of risk that threaten the success of the company. Advise and implement solutions to mitigate risk.
  • Coordinate with People Team Leaders, Revenue Leaders, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Insurance Services to ensure revenue and costs are captured accurately
  • Responsible for compiling and supporting key reporting metrics (KPI) and other visual materials
  • Cross train staff to mitigate risks to key processes
  • Assist in automation of repetitive data aggregation/manipulation tasks to enable greater focus on value-add analysis
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards
Education Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Masters of Quantitative Management or equivalent experience preferred
Experience Qualifications
  • Typically 2+ years professional or educational experience
Skills and Abilities
  • Tableau/PowerBI development experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to lead others
Licenses and Certifications
  • Tableau or Power BI certified applicants preferred

The preferred location for this role is Atlanta, GA, and the salary range for this location is $62,200.00 to $105,700.00. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role, based in Atlanta. All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the company's discretion.
