- Provide expert guidance and support to new and existing customers for adopting and growing digital payments.
- Actively manage the digital payments implementation process and work with clients and third parties to ensure a smooth implementation and acceleration towards first transactions.
- Once live, continue to engage with the customers over next 90 days to accelerate and adopt electronic transactions. Monitor transaction penetration over 90 days via monthly reporting.
- Responsible for obtaining key metrics that have been identified for digital payments and providing an in-depth transition plan to Customer Success and Support.
- Educating clients on how to use the Enumerate Digital Payment offerings, including specific accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
- Partner with Payments Operations for regular transactional processes and reporting needs.
- Improve payment success for existing clients by optimizing the payments process across the organization.
- Own the effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders while the customer is in Onboarding.
- Provide digital payment training and end user support during and after the implementation process.
- Meeting digital payment project deadlines as assigned by a Project Manager as well as schedule meetings directly with clients to move the projects forward.
- Required: 1+ years of proven experience working as an implementation consultant with an understanding of how payments work and are implemented.
- Required: Understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable workflows.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to speak confidently in front of a group.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Subject area knowledge in property management and accounting software a plus.
- Travel of 5% expected for quarterly team meetings.
- Ability to work in the US without sponsorship.
