As they continue to expand, they are looking for dedicated individuals to join their team and contribute to their legacy of excellence.We are seeking an experienced and motivated Shipping Lead in Macedonia, OH. to oversee their 3rd shift shipping operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the accurate and timely loading, staging, and documentation of outgoing shipments while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role is critical to ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency during our overnight production hours.Key Responsibiities for the Shipping Lead in Macedonia, OH.Lead and coordinate all 3rd shift shipping activities, including staging, loading, and verifying outbound shipmentsSupervise a team of shipping personnel, providing direction, training, and support as neededEnsure all shipping documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner (BOLs, packing lists, etc.)Communicate effectively with internal departments (Production, Customer Service, and Logistics) to ensure order accuracy and fulfillment timelinesConduct regular inventory checks and ensure FIFO practices are followedOperate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficientlyMaintain cleanliness and safety of the shipping area in compliance with company standards and OSHA regulationsIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce shipping errors * Assist in scheduling and prioritizing shipments based on customer needs and production flow.

High school diploma or GED required; additional logistics or warehouse certifications a plus
