Position Specifics

o Compensation: Aligns with experienceThe Manager-Cardiac Cath Lab is responsible for daily leadership and oversight of the procedural and pre/post care units of the cardiac cath lab and/or electrophysiology (EP) lab. Supervises, coordinates, and evaluates operational activities to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care. Works closely with the Director and leadership across the cardiovascular service line to accomplish goals and objectives related to quality, growth, fiscal responsibility.
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, radiologic technology, allied health, applied sciences or related field is required.
- Master’s Degree in nursing, radiologic technology, healthcare administration or related field is preferred.
- 3 years of experience in a cardiac cath lab is required.
- 3 years of supervisory/team lead or demonstrated leadership experience is required.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Radiographer in the state of practice is required.
- If Radiographer, certification as a Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT(R)) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.
- Advanced certification in area of expertise is preferred: Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) from American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN), Cardiac Interventional Radiography (CI) certification from ARRT, OR certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required.
