- Understand, document, and rationalize the application landscape.
- Participate in the development of a strategic applications roadmap to achieve long-term business objectives, including our digital journey.
- Present operational business objectives in the form of requirements, workflow diagrams, wireframes, logical models, user experience and/or mockups to visualize solutions for achieving project goals.
- Develop plans and lead projects specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of resources.
- Partner with business leaders to understand, prioritize, and gather information for the scope of system and process enhancements.
- Support a wide variety of projects from technology upgrades to business process changes.
- Develop and manage learning paths for business applications and technology tools.
- Provide technical training for deployed applications or assist with user training when needed.
- Participate in the development of a project management methodology with supporting tool(s).
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), project methodologies, and foundational applications architectures.
- Understands the feasibility of requirements in terms of scope, level of effort, duration, and cost.
- Understands in-house capabilities and when to designate tasks to a third-party vendor to improve project cost and efficiencies.
- Understands the importance of learning management and how to apply learning paths for workforce development.
- Reporting and analytical design, preferably the use of Microsoft Power BI.
- Capable of developing and leading small to large, complex technical project plans.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in business and technical terms.
- Demonstrates the ability to assemble, analyze, and evaluate data for business decision making.
- Exceptional use of digital tools, including Microsoft Office.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of creating, designing, and administering a learning management solution.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong team player and demonstrates interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and enable a project management solution.
- Ability to listen to business concerns and respond with appropriate answers.

- A bachelor’s or associate degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of education, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
- Currently holds or has equivalent experience to achieving a Project Management Professional Certification (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Certification, Scrum Master Certification, or Business Analyst Certification (CBAP).
- Industry specific training or certification(s).
