CDs can successfully identify students areas of strength and of discomfort
CDs can generate a custom learning plan for this students individual needs
CDs can discuss goals and solutions with parents and students
CDs can assist in the family enrollment process
2. Developing and maintaining strong parent relationships
CDs can successfully communicate with parents regarding student progress, behaviors, and lessons
CDs are friendly and sociable with our families
3. Developing and training our instructional staff
CDs can aid in the instructor hiring and training process
CDs can identify team strengths and weaknesses and make proper adjustments
4. Maintaining center expectations and quality
CDs can hold team members accountable for their performance
CDs can ensure set expectations are met
5. Measuring center performance through our key performance indicators (KPIs)
CDs can analyze reports on center performance and help make the appropriate changes
Requirements:
Full-Time CDs must be available a minimum of 5 days per week (including weekend)
Full-Time CDs must maintain an average of 35-40 per week to remain in good standing
All employees are subject to an employment math assessment to evaluate math understanding and skill level
Qualifications:
Passion for math and working with students
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilities
Eagerness to learn and be trained
Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
Proficiency in computer skills
Completed Bachelor’s Degree, preferred in business, education, or related field
Previous management or leadership experience preferred
