- Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects via phone, text, email, and in person with the ability to progress customers through a transaction.
- Continued Training of all the Ford products
- Work towards setting appointments, presenting products in a knowledgeable and professional way, and getting commitments from customers to close deals on shown appointments.
- Manage own pipeline of customers creating appointments from opportunities.
- Assists customers in selecting a vehicle.
- Checks e-mail frequently and responds to inquiries immediately. Delivers messages intended for other departments promptly. Notifies customers that their messages have been forwarded to the appropriate personnel for prompt attention.
- Maintains an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
- Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.
- Attends product and sales training as requested by sales manager.
- Attends sales meetings.
- Maintains professional appearance.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Automotive Internet Sales experience preferred but not required; sales experience in any industry will be considered
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Conviction towards providing the best possible customer experience while working towards the close of a deal
- Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
- Quality customer service skills and sales track record
- Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
- Persistent, competitive and good work ethic
- Focuses on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
- Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
- Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
