In this role, you'll roll out the red carpet for new hires, keep the momentum going with creative recognition programs, and make sure our team members always feel valued, supported, and connected.What You'll DoBe the friendly face and go-to guide for every new hire, from “welcome aboard” to “I love it here!”Create an engaging, upbeat, and thorough onboarding process rooted in our One Team, One Mission culture and CROFT values.Partner with our HR Director on team building and recognition initiatives that inspire positivity and teamwork.Connect with team members across all shifts to make sure they feel heard, supported, and appreciated.Gather feedback through surveys and stay interviews to keep improving the team member experience.Launch fun and meaningful recognition and career growth opportunities that help people shine.What We're Looking For
