You will be responsible for maximum productivity and quality in accordance with safety, health, and fire regulations.Maintains and repairs all equipment, buildings, and facilitiesTroubleshoots all machinery and conveyor systemsUses Pick2Light systems, which analyzes computer system errors enabling maintenance to make repairs, reset faults, etc., as neededEstablishes and coordinates priority work projects and repairsPerforms other duties as assignedSkills needed to be successful in this role:Ability to work well with others in a respectful and diplomatic way, adhering to company values.Ability to help with process/logistics improvement effortsMinimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED equivalent.1 year of related warehouse experience, with maintenance/mechanical aptitude and/or trade school training.Ability to lift 50 lbs. stooping, bending and walking.Ability to stock and organize products safely and accordingly, as some items are fragile.Ability to review and process shipping documents.Ability to follow the safety rules and regulations as warranted by OSHA.Ability to withstand warehouse settings (varying temperatures).Must be able to work 40 hours per week on 2nd shift, some overtime as needed and weekend hours.Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.Benefits: Salary + Bonus, Healthcare, Dental, Vision, Paid Holidays, Paid Parental Leave, 401(k) with company match, Basic Life Insurance, Short Term Disability (STD), Long Term Disability (LTD), Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Charitable (volunteer) Leave, and Educational Assistance.Wondering if you should apply?
