Develop and execute supply chain strategies to ensure consistent product availability.
Manage inventory levels and turnover to maintain lean and efficient operations.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations teams to anticipate needs and resolve challenges.
Strengthen our supplier and freight carrier relationships while managing claims and sourcing solutions.
Leverage data to identify performance trends, spot bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
Ensure timely deliveries across multiple locations while responding quickly to disruptions.
Oversee product ordering, set up new items in route accounting software (Encompass), and order repacking supplies.
Qualifications
Proven success as a Supply Chain Manager, preferably in distribution, logistics, or consumer goods.
Proficiency with supply chain/order management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills-you know how to spot issues and act fast.
Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
A team player with outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
