Position SummaryAt Empower, we are seeking a dynamic Revenue Operations Analyst to join our vibrant Sales Operations team. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Crafts and refines a suite of reports with a rhythmic cadence—daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly—leveraging advanced business intelligence tools and platforms like Salesforce to ensure precision, accessibility, and organizational coherence.
  • Responds with agility to provide in-depth ad hoc analyses, addressing urgent organizational needs and challenges, thereby supporting informed decision-making at critical junctures.
  • Streamlines workflows to foster a seamless flow of information and collaboration across departments, enhancing the synergy between Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance.
  • Oversees the sales compensation framework, from conceptualizing equitable compensation plans to ensuring timely and accurate payouts, thereby driving motivation and performance within the sales team.
  • Employs data analytics to illuminate paths toward achieving sales objectives, offering insights that inform strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborates closely with the sales team to dissect performance metrics, identifying levers for enhancement and areas ripe for innovation.
  • Proactively dives into business analytics to unearth opportunities and challenges, spotlight trends, and communicate strategic proposals to leadership, thereby shaping the future direction of sales initiatives.
  • Upholds exemplary standards of data integrity and hygiene, ensuring the reliability and trustworthiness of our data ecosystem, which forms the backbone of our strategic decisions.
  • Keeps a pulse on customer pricing dynamics, ensuring our offerings remain competitive while aligned with Empower's value proposition.
  • Monitors and analyze account sales metrics to identify and capitalize on revenue recovery opportunities, ensuring financial health and growth.
  • Curates weekly sales dashboards for leadership, providing a panoramic view of sales health and momentum, enabling strategic pivots and decisions.
  • Champions a culture of data-driven decision-making by establishing robust systems for data collection and maintenance, ensuring our CRM becomes the unequivocal source of truth and insight.
  • Guides sales leadership with data-driven counsel, translating complex data sets into actionable intelligence that informs strategic decisions.
  • Engages in campaign planning and post-campaign analysis, extracting insights to refine future marketing and sales strategies, thereby enhancing campaign efficacy and ROI.
  • Diligently tracks pharmacy back-order lists, ensuring operational continuity and customer satisfaction by mitigating supply chain disruptions.
  • Innovates through automation, streamlining data collection and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and focus on strategic tasks.
  • Leverages cutting-edge tools and technologies to minimize manual effort in repetitive tasks, elevating operational efficiency and enabling the team to focus on strategic initiatives.
  • Aligns closely with sales strategies, adapting to business needs and contributing to the strategic direction of sales efforts, ensuring alignment with Empower's overarching goals and vision.

  • Knowledge of Pharmacy Management systems preferred.
  • Genuine interest in pharmaceutical products related to wellness, quality of life, and hormone therapies a plus.

Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Business Analytics, or Operations Management and 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst or related field required; or, 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or related field in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience with tools such as Excel, Standard Query Language (SQL), and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or other related software required.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce highly preferred).
