In your cover letter, please share why you are interested in joining us as a Radiology Technologist and what brought you to choose this career path.JOB DESCRIPTION:Radiology Technologists will demonstrate progressive knowledge and sense of responsibility in the daily operations of the radiology department.They operate a variety of x-ray equipment to perform routine radiographs and fluoroscopic procedures according to established practices under the direction of a radiologist, supervisor, and lead technologists.Our Xray Techs assist in the clinical instruction of radiography students and other personnel as needed.Radiologic Technologists may be required to work a variety of shifts, at multiple campuses, weekends, holidays, and take call on a rotational basis.PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology approved by CAHEA/JERCT.Licensed with the State of Vermont or State of New York to practice in Radiology prior to start date.ARRT Certification will be required as well.MORE INFORMATION:To learn more about our Imaging departments and positions, visit:Full and part time positions will be eligible for benefits - our benefits can be explored here:Sign on bonuses may be available depending on the hours per week the candidate is hired to work (20 or more per week is typically required). The bonuses will be $6,000 paid out in three payments over two years of employment.Relocation assistance may be available as long the distance the candidate would be moving is greater than 50 miles - up to $9,200!
