Our client, a leader in property and facilities management, is seeking a Property Management Manager to join their team. As a Property Management Manager, you will be part of the Property and Facilities Management department supporting a team of five property managers. Manage a portfolio of 8 retail and office flex-space properties
Communicate regularly with tenants, vendors, and mobile engineers
Coordinate vendor proposals and manage contracts, purchase orders, and invoicing using P2P
Provide monthly financial reports with variance comments and budget analysis
Monitor accounts receivable and issue default notices when necessary
What's Needed?
Minimum of 5 years of property management experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Experience with financial reporting and variance analysis
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; Excel and Yardi experience are a plus
