- Revitalize daily plant operations, focusing on technical performance, asset reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Effectively allocate resources to meet and surpass operational targets safely, economically, and sustainably.
- Analyze current processes, identify weaknesses, and implement corrective actions for long-term stability and enhancement.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for the organization.
- Maintain accountability on the shop floor by reviewing production, maintenance, and quality targets daily, addressing discrepancies promptly.
- Guide, mentor, and coach technical and operations staff, nurturing future leaders and promoting a culture of improvement.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure successful execution of maintenance programs for maximum uptime.
- Prioritize and schedule maintenance and repairs to optimize efficiency.
- Lead root-cause analysis for breakdowns, implement sustainable solutions, and prevent recurrence.
- Ensure adherence to Lean manufacturing principles and food safety regulations while enhancing product quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Uphold internal and external regulations, policies, and procedures consistently and fairly.
- Develop and implement action plans to drive improvements in OEE, cost reduction, and workforce engagement.
- Engage with suppliers, internal customers, and support teams to promote alignment and expedite plant recovery.
- Minimum of 7 years in progressive TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP roles in manufacturing (preferably in food, beverage, or consumer goods), including significant time as a MAINTENANCE FUNCTION leader or FACTORY ENGINEER.
- Demonstrated success in plant turnarounds, maintenance, or operations leadership.
- Proficient in TPM (Total Performance Management) / Maintenance Excellence programs and tools such as Asset Management, FMEA, Reliability Centered Maintenance, and Predictive Maintenance.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams through operational and cultural transformations, resulting in enhanced performance and reliability.
- Thorough understanding of TPM (Total Performance Management) / PM Pillar Systems and Tools as well as Asset Management Software (preferably SAP).
- Skilled in advanced PM (predictive maintenance) optimization and technologies/tools (infrared, vibration, ultrasonic, etc.).
- Demonstrated track record of stabilizing operations in challenging environments.
- Resilient, action-oriented leadership style with a knack for motivating teams, challenging norms, and achieving results.
- Familiarity with food safety and regulatory compliance standards.
- EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Process).
- LOCATION: Preference for candidates local to the Denver, CO area (80239), or willing to relocate within the USA with company support.
