- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Upsell/ Cross selling of existing and new customers
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and financing options with customers.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Communicate with the team
- Overseeing and administrative tasks in our Project management software
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and support.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and company goals.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Proven experience in sales
- Strong understanding of construction experience and materials
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively within the territory.
- Competitive base salary with a commission structure of 3%-5%
