We operate in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment where safety, compliance, and service excellence are non-negotiable standards.About the roleThe RFP & Pricing Manager, Aviation is responsible for leading the development and execution of pricing strategies and bid proposals tailored to the specific requirements of prospective and existing clients in the aviation sector. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the technical, operational, and financial viability of service proposals, balancing competitiveness with profitability. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, and Commercial departments, and requires strong leadership in managing the end-to-end bid process.This includes services such as Cabin Cleaning, Wheelchair Assistance, Passenger Services, Ground Support Equipment (GSE), Cargo Screening, Ramp Operations, FIS, and more.The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by leading RFP processes from opportunity identification through submission, positioning EULEN Aviation as a preferred provider of airport services.What you’ll do
  • Develop and lead pricing strategies that align with business objectives and market dynamics, ensuring competitive yet profitable proposals.
  • Collaborate with the Operations teams to tailor proposals that reflect client needs, operational capabilities, and strategic priorities.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of bid preparation, from RFP analysis to final submission, ensuring timely, compliant, and compelling proposals.
  • Support client-facing teams during proposal presentations and commercial negotiations, providing insights into pricing models and service design.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to identify opportunities for differentiation and revenue optimization.
  • Review, update, and renegotiation of existing contract rates in response to regulatory changes.
  • Ensure the repository of current contracts is regularly updated.
  • Foster and maintain continuous communication with the procurement departments of client organizations.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of bidding opportunities, proactively identifying upcoming tenders in coordination with sales and business development.
  • Lead post-bid reviews, including win/loss analysis, to continuously improve pricing strategies and proposal quality.
  • Ensure alignment of proposals with financial goals, compliance requirements, and operational feasibility.
  • Act as the commercial advisor for cross-functional teams involved in large or strategic bids, balancing risk, profitability, and service excellence.
  • Contribute to customer retention and growth by designing pricing structures that support long-term partnerships and account development.
  • Collect relevant data and prepare the technical and financial studies/reports for service proposals, including site visits to gather the necessary information and define the characteristics of the service (personnel costs, equipment, supplies, etc.) for both public and private clients.
  • Participate in the defense and negotiation of technical and financial terms with clients when needed, analyzing different conditions to ensure the most favorable outcome for both the company and the client.
  • Coordinate the team of technical staff under their responsibility, both current and future.
  • Responsible for coordinating and implementing corporate tools for tracking and controlling the proposal process.
  • Analyze and interpret tender specifications, with special focus on the award criteria.
  • Define, together with business unit leaders, the strategy for preparing each proposal or project.
  • Collaborate in providing technical and commercial support during the presentation of proposals or projects, ensuring both technical and financial viability.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance, legal, and client-specific requirements across all proposals.
What we are looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, or a related field required.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in pricing, proposal development, or business development within service-oriented industries.
  • A strong understanding of the aviation or ground handling services sector highly preferred.
  • Proven success in managing complex bids in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to engage in pricing and negotiations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with bid/proposal software is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level is required.
LocationThis position is based in Miami, FL, and requires the selected candidate to reside locally or be willing to relocate.Travel and Systems

Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbents may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday.This is largely a sedentary role and requires being able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time. Occasionally, the person in this position is required to move/traverse inside the office to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc. The person in this position regularly communicates with others in person, by phone, or by correspondence.
