Responsible for coordinating recruitment program requests and following up on all necessary documentation, verification and authorization requirements. Ensures program parameters are clearly articulated, standard processes are outlined and program requirements are adhered to.Major Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the recruitment bonus programs, such as sign-on, relocation and referral plans, and obtains any necessary updates and approvals regularly.
  • Works with all aspects of the recruitment bonus process, including processing required payment and follows up on any outstanding issues or challenges to the payment activity.
  • Verify eligibility bonus payments in alignment with set policies and procedures.
  • Generates necessary correspondence to recruiters, hiring leaders, HRBP, payroll, or TMR Consultants requesting additional information and support for authorization.
  • Communicates with appropriate teammates regarding status and follow-up bonuses.
  • Prepares correspondence, input bonus information in the automated system, collects additional necessary information and provides supporting documentation to appropriate parties for approval.
  • Investigates requests for payment outside of program parameters or guidelines to determine if appropriate based on special circumstance or situations.
  • Monitors annual program and makes recommendations for program parameter changes.
  • Support communication and promotion of program to increase awareness or engagement and provides education to leaders, teammates, recruiter and sourcers.

  • None required
Education Required:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Human Resources or related field.
Experience Required:
  • Typically requires 3 years of experience in talent acquisition that includes experiences in event management, project management, and consultation.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practice, methods, research and strategies applied in large organizations.
  • Skills in influencing and developing others who are not direct reports in order to move toward common goals and outcomes.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with executives, management, physicians, and team members at all levels.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse work group and with a wide range of audiences consisting of different generations, cultures, and learning styles.
  • High level of proficiency and literacy in using the Microsoft Office Suite, similar products and other technology solutions.
  • Data-driven and detailed oriented.
  • Ability to navigate and establish priorities in an often, ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
  • This position requires travel, therefore, will be exposed to weather and road conditions.
  • Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
  • Exposed to a normal office environment.
