Job Description:About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented, driven, and experienced Senior Accountant with a commitment to excellence in working with all facets of accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting activities. The ideal candidate will be committed to excellence and uphold high standards in their work. They should possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, and be able to collaborate effectively across functions, work autonomously, and communicate clearly.What You'll AccomplishLead and participate in month-end close activities, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of GL reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules.Maintain and monitor SOX controls related to the general ledger, ensuring compliance with internal control requirements and documenting processes as needed.Collaborate with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits, providing requested documentation and explanations.Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen controls.Support the consolidation process of multiple entities, including preparation of elimination entries and reconciliation of intercompany accounts.Hinge Health Hybrid ModelWe believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
