We are seeking a Cleveland-based Practice Growth Sales Representative to lead warm, consultative sales conversations with doctors who already know our brand, have attended one of our educational sessions, or were referred to us by a trusted industry partner.This is a relationship-first sales role built on structured processes and real value. You will help independent eyecare practices unlock growth through smarter marketing and proven strategies. As one of the first hires in this growing function, you will also help shape the future of our go-to-market approach.Key ResponsibilitiesWarm Lead Conversion (75% percent)Conduct scheduled Zoom sales calls with doctors referred to EyeCarePro or engaged through content and eventsFollow our proven 3-step process: Discovery, Marketing Needs Analysis, Custom Plan Presentation and CloseTrack all activity, outcomes, and pipeline progress in the CRMPartner with Client Services to ensure smooth onboarding after the saleRelationship Development and Market Engagement (25 percent)Build referral pipelines by nurturing relationships across the eyecare industry, including consultants, buying groups, associations, and repsIdentify new opportunities for our speakers and thought leaders to reach more practicesCollaborate with marketing to convert educational content and events into new deal flowWhat Makes This Role DifferentNo cold calling: Every lead is warm, referred, or familiar with our brandMission-driven: Help independent practices stay independentSales with substance: Proven process, expert positioning, and measurable resultsMentorship and learning: Work alongside top marketing and sales minds in the eyecare spaceGrowth path: First of several hires on a new sales team.
