Client/Contracts Relationship ManagerLocation: Remote - Preferably Pacific Northwest- can be based anywhere in the USA$150,000 - $160,000 a year - Full-time Travel required, up to 30%.We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated, who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment with a background in managing commercial and engineering projects, focused on wastewater and nutrient recovery projects. The position will efficiently and effectively manage the contractual aspects of a portfolio being executed by a company partner.Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage engineering and commercial contracts and services following executed master agreements and company policies.
  • Assist with the preparation, negotiation, and risk management of terms and conditions for new contracts.
  • Meet with construction managers, supervisors, partners, general contractors, and vendors to review progress and guarantee contract terms are being followed.
  • Review and, whenever necessary, propose revisions to the executed contracts.
  • Identify and assess execution risks through the different stages of the projects.
  • Manage all document control procedures and ensure all contract documentation is up to date.
  • Ensure contract compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and distribute reports to internal and external stakeholders informing them about the status of different aspects of the contracts.
  • Discuss and propose solutions, jointly with partners, for contract terms that need to be amended.
  • Support the resolution of legal disputes, whenever applicable.
  • Assist the Construction Project Team in project administration, including coordination and communication.
  • Assist the Project Manager in monitoring, updating, and managing the overall construction project schedule and budget.
  • Support the Project Manager and Finance Team in creating cash flow projections for projects.
Education, Experience, and Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Ten (10) years experience in engineering, construction management, contract management or project management, or similar role
  • Previous experience in construction management preferred
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including listening, writing, editing, and basic design skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple objectives simultaneously and prioritize appropriately.
  • Ability to deal effectively with confidential information
  • Ability to be a team player for overall company success.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and familiar with MS Project.
